WELCOME TO VACATION VILLAS IN THE TROPICS

At Tropical Vacation Villas, Ltd. we present you with five different vacation villas in two of the world’s most beautiful beach destinations – the Florida Keys and the northwest Pacific Coast of Costa Rica, Central America.  Our original unit is La Casa Habana, a vacation villa on Grassy Key, Marathon, Florida – in the “heart of the Keys.” Nearby is Villa Pamela, a large "suites" villa-three bedrooms with attached baths. The newest addition at Tropical Vacation Villas, Vista Linda, is a beautiful two bedroom "suites" villa in Marathon, Florida.

Casa Catalina is a three bedroom villa overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Playa Hermosa, Guanacaste, Costa Rica.  It is a short walk to the beach and has a private pool.  Right next door is magnificent Villa Aurelia, with ocean views and its own beautiful deck and swimming pool.

These locations were chosen for their natural beauty, great year-round weather and access to the water.  La Casa Habana has operated for almost ten years – to great accolades from hundreds of guests.  “Everything we could have needed was provided” is a typical guest comment.  “The beds are wonderful, and everything is so comfortable” is another.  Hosts David and Aurelia Frizell have made every effort to provide you and your family with every possible convenience.
